It’s been a true privilege working under Ming’s leadership and mentorship over the past seven years.

Ming is a leader with a clear vision, one who champions both self-leadership and shared leadership. She brings structure to the way she develops her team, with a robust coaching programme that meets each of us where we are in our individual career journeys. Whether you’re just starting out or more seasoned, Ming has a way of drawing out your potential and challenging you to grow.

Through our coaching sessions, she’s consistently challenged me to think critically and plan more holistically for my clients. Under her guidance, I’ve not only increased my closing rates, but also doubled the size of my business portfolio. As a result, I’ve achieved the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) recognition twice — a milestone I’m deeply proud of.

Beyond results, what sets Ming apart is how she leads by example. Amidst a demanding year, she pursued and completed her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®/S) certification in 2021. Her pursuit of professional excellence inspired me to begin my own journey toward the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Today, I’m proud to have earned my Associate Financial Planner (AFP) credential, with more to come.

Ming has also encouraged me to give back to the community by expanding my impact beyond one-on-one advising. With her support, I’ve successfully conducted three financial talks, including two at the National University of Singapore, which has given me new purpose and confidence as a speaker.

Under her leadership, I’ve not only grown as a financial adviser, but also as a person. What I admire most is her ability to guide the team with clarity and compassion, especially during times of uncertainty and organisational change. Ming doesn’t just coach, she empowers. And it’s this empowerment that has shaped the trajectory of my career in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
